Kids Program

Our Kids program is specially designed for children aged 4 to 7 years old. At this age, kids are developing coordination, balance, and motor skills, which are key building blocks for learning martial arts. We keep classes fun and engaging while teaching the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured environment.

Classes focus on physical and mental development through age-appropriate techniques, drills, and games that build strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Our instructors are trained to work with young children and create a safe, supportive space where learning feels exciting and achievable.

Beyond movement and technique, Kids Jiu-Jitsu promotes discipline, focus, and respect. We encourage teamwork and positive social interaction, helping students build confidence, self-esteem, and habits that carry into school and everyday life.

AGES 8-13

Juniors Program

Our Juniors program is tailored to children aged 8–13 years old. At this stage, students can learn more complex techniques and start thinking through problems with more strategy. The program is designed to challenge them while staying fun, engaging, and supportive.

Classes focus on strong fundamentals while developing strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. We also incorporate drills and exercises that build speed, agility, and body awareness, helping students move with control and confidence.

Juniors also learn important life skills: discipline, focus, respect, and the value of setting goals. We encourage teamwork and positive social interaction, helping students develop confidence and leadership both on and off the mat.

Our instructors understand the unique needs of this age group and create a safe environment where students can learn, grow, and be proud of their progress.

Adult Program

Our Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is led by experienced instructors who are passionate about teaching and helping students reach their goals. Whether you’re brand new or have experience, you’ll train in a welcoming environment where you can progress at your own pace.

In our fundamentals-based training, you’ll build a strong foundation in the core techniques and principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including grappling control, takedowns and positioning, escapes and defense, and practical self-defense for real-life situations.

Classes are structured so you can improve step-by-step, with coaching and feedback to help you sharpen technique and build confidence. Along the way, you’ll gain fitness, discipline, focus, and resilience, all within a supportive community that keeps you consistent.
