Before Your First Class
Common questions
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes are fine. We'll provide a loaner gi for your trial, so there's nothing you need to buy beforehand.
Is the first class really free?
Yes. Your first class is free and there's no commitment required to come try it.
Can parents stay and watch?
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the side during their child's class.
Should I get in shape first?
No. You don't need to prepare before starting. Fitness improves naturally as you train consistently.
My child is shy. Is that okay?
Yes. New students aren't expected to walk in confident. Our instructors help them learn the routine, meet their training partners and get comfortable at their own pace.
